Trust Talk Magazine
Trust Talk is a business focused semi-annual magazine published by BBB serving the Heart of Texas. Trust Talk features business-focused articles on best practices, ethics, scams and the latest BBB News. Each issue is sent out to over 17,000 accredited businesses across Central Texas. I worked as lead writer for the 2019 Fall/Winter issue, writing all of the feature articles. You can read a digital copy below:
Newsletters
I’m currently in charge of two different newsletters, one business facing and the other consumer facing. Our business facing newsletter, Biz Buzz, is delivered monthly and contains three to four original articles that I’ve written that range between 400-500 words each. Our consumer newsletter contains curated content that is sourced from our website, BBB.org.
Blog Posts
Watch Your Buck was BBB serving the Heart of Texas’s consumer-facing blog. It was a place to share information on shopping wisely, saving money, avoiding fraud and spotting scams. Although it’s since been retired, I have a year’s worth of experience writing posts for blogs.
Video Scripts
Marketplace Minute is a video series published on BBB serving the Heart of Texas’ social media accounts. The aim is to share information about current events and quick tips consumers should know.
